Anne Bruce is a dedicated Senior Executive with extensive experience in management consulting and information systems and technology.  Her proven leadership continues to be demonstrated leading global initiatives and diverse teams (of up to 150) with industry leaders such as IBM, Electronic Data Systems, Ernst and Young and eLoyalty.  Her Fortune 500 clients include Hewlett Packard, American Honda, Toyota, GM, Northrop Grumman, Boeing and Sempra Energy.  Bruce’s career spans the management of growth strategies and planning, market and competitive assessment, business case and new business development, partnerships and alliances, global M&A, channel strategies and development, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, customer relationship management and IT strategy implementation programs. She is a seasoned executive who has made her mark in every aspect in the business world.

As CEO she executed a successful startup and exit strategy for a financial software company which was acquired by Intuit, Inc.  As CIO, Anne led an IT team in a fast growth M&A strategy doubling the size of a public health care company to $500M in 2 years.  While CIO she also served as the VP of Public Affairs and has experience creating and implementing PR/Marketing and social media/Web 2.0 strategies.  Industry expertise includes energy, finance, healthcare, hi-tech manufacturing, aerospace and automotive industries.

Summary of Experience

  • Led the product development and implementation of a $20M production and supply chain business application for General Motors across car, truck and locomotive business units.
  • Led the IT PMO for a $6B Global Information Technology Divestiture Program for Hewlett-Packard.
  • As a CIO integrated information systems for ten acquisitions in doubling Health Services Company creating a $500M company.
  • Developed an integrated Financial Management and Customer Relation Management business and technology strategy and plan for American Honda Motors.
  • Led $40M Product Data Management (PDM) program for Northrop Grumman reducing time to market by six months.
  • Saved $2M through Public Affairs lobby federally and at the state level for Health Care Coalition.
  • Led $120M IT Outsourcing contract for a major aerospace company
  • CEO for a financial product and services startup company launched and acquired by Intuit Inc.
